Function:

 1. Control of boom descent rate: In crane work, especially when the boom is descending, if the descent rate is too fast, it may cause accidents. The relief valve can control the pressure and flow of the hydraulic system when the boom is descending, so as to effectively regulate the descending rate and ensure the operation safety.
  2. Protecting the hydraulic system: If the pressure of the hydraulic system is too high during the working process, it may cause damage to the pipelines and components in the system. When the system pressure exceeds the preset value, the relief valve will automatically open to release the excess pressure to avoid damage to the system and ensure stable operation of the system.
  3. Pressure stabilisation and pressure limitation: the relief valve is able to precisely control the system pressure through its unique structure and design. When the system pressure rises and exceeds the set value, it will open in time to make the fluid overflow, thus restricting the further rise of the system pressure and realising the function of pressure stabilisation and pressure limitation.
