Function:

The role of the crane air conditioning coupling is mainly in the following aspects:
1. Transmission torque: the power and torque of the engine is effectively transferred to the air conditioning compressor, so that the compressor can operate normally, thus providing power support for the air conditioning system and ensuring that the functions of air conditioning such as cooling and heating can be realised.
2. Buffer shock absorption: In the process of vehicle driving, bumps and vibrations on the road are inevitable. The coupling can absorb and buffer these vibrations, reduce the impact of vibration on the air-conditioning compressor and the entire air-conditioning system, reduce wear and tear and fatigue damage to parts, and extend the service life of the air-conditioning system.
3. Compensation of deviation: due to the vehicle manufacturing process, installation accuracy and driving process deformation and other factors, between the engine output shaft and the air conditioning compressor input shaft there may be a certain axial, radial or angular deviation.
